Returns
The website eshop.eadip.hmu.gr gives you the opportunity to return the products for any reason, which you are obliged to notify us. The return must be made within fifteen (15) days from the day of receipt of your order.
To be accepted the return must:
- The goods must be in the condition in which you received them. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered with and must not have been used.
- Return the purchase documents that accompany it.
Return of Goods
In case you wish the return of the product you ordered you should send us an email at eadip@hmu.gr the return form.
Return methods
The return of the products is done through the transport company with which the shipment was made.
Return cost
The eadip@hmu.gr website is charged with the cost of returning the product only when:
- has been delivered late with the responsibility of the COMPANY, (except in cases of force majeure).
- has been delivered with a fault or is a faulty liability of the COMPANY.
In any other case the cost of the return is borne by the customer.
Note:
For reasons of hygiene and COVID-19, our company will not accept clothing returns. All products returned to the COMPANY warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
