Shipping costs are adjusted according to the amount of the order and the shipping location. Before completing the order, the customer is informed about the shipping cost or the free shipping. Shipping costs are distinct.
For orders of products whose total weight exceeds two (2) kilos or the recipient’s address is outside Greece, the shipping cost is adjusted according to the price list of the courier company. In this case you will be informed about the cost before shipping.

You can pick up your order directly from our physical stores. In case you choose to receive your order directly from them, it is important to mention that you will be informed by phone or electronically (e-mail) by the order processing department about the progress of your order and the date and time of receipt of your order.
