The website eshop.eadip.hmu.gr gives you the opportunity to return the products for any reason, which you are obliged to notify us. The return must be made within fifteen (15) days from the day of receipt of your order.

Conditions for Acceptance

To be accepted, the return must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition of Goods: The goods must be in the condition in which you received them. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered with and must not have been used.

  • Documentation: You must return the purchase documents that accompany the product.

Return Process

In case you wish to return the product you ordered:

  1. Fill out the return form.

  2. Send it via email to: eadip@hmu.gr.

Return Methods

The return of the products is done through the transport company with which the original shipment was made.

Return Cost

The website is charged with the cost of returning the product only when:

  • It has been delivered late with the responsibility of the COMPANY (except in cases of force majeure).

  • It has been delivered with a fault or is a faulty liability of the COMPANY.

In any other case, the cost of the return is borne by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Hygiene & COVID-19: For reasons of hygiene and COVID-19, our company will not accept clothing returns.

  • Quality Control: All products returned to the COMPANY warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control, the company will contact the consumer to resolve the issue.

  • Delivery Check: To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery the condition of the products and their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects.
